  Optum Now, a sister brand of Optum Perks, provides prescription delivery, a simple and safe way to get your prescriptions filled and shipped to your home.
• How much does shipping prescriptions cost?

  • Standard shipping: $5
  • Expedited shipping: $14
  • Next Day Shipping: $20
  • For medications that require special handling, such as refrigerated items, next day delivery is required for $20
• Can I use my insurance or a coupon from Optum Perks?

  We do not accept insurance at this time. With Optum Now prescription delivery, coupons are not needed to get access to our low costs. What you see on our site is what you pay — no guesswork.
• How long will it take to receive my medication?

  It can take anywhere from 2-7 business days from your prescription order to delivery*.
  Your prescription will be shipped based on your refill cadence and desired shipping method.

  • Next Day Shipping: 1-2 business days

• How do I fill my prescription at Optum Now prescription delivery?

  Requesting your prescription to be filled by us is easy.

  1. Search for your medication on Optum Perks.
  2. If your medication is available for delivery, select the delivery option in the price results.
  3. Create an account or log in.

  If you have a prescription on file at another pharmacy you want us to fill, you can log in or create an account to submit a transfer request.

  You can also ask your prescriber to send your prescription to us electronically using the information below. Be sure to have your prescriber include your phone number and email address so we can notify you when we receive your prescription.

• ^†Can I use my FSA or HSA card to pay for prescription medications?

  While we do accept many FSA and HSA cards, there may be exceptions. If your card is not accepted, please use an alternative payment method. You can also access your order receipt to contact your FSA or HSA card provider for reimbursement.
