- Optum Perks, our prescription discount program, has partnered with Optum Now to provide prescription delivery, enabling more options for Optum Perks customers. Optum Now prescription delivery sells and fills prescription medications at flat rates without the need for coupons or insurance.
- Standard shipping: $5

- For medications that require special handling, such as refrigerated items, next day delivery is required for $20
- Our customer support team is available to assist you Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Additionally, we offer 24/7 access to a pharmacist through our customer support phone number.

- Our trusted pharmacy fulfillment partner Healthdyne has procedures and processes to inspect every product they dispense and ensure viability. All medications dispensed are from an accredited and licensed pharmacy that follows all dispensing standards in the U.S.
- Optum Now's trusted pharmacy partners, Fuze Health and Healthdyne, are nationally accredited by Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) and National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Customers will have 24/7 access to a pharmacist through our customer support team at 855-612-8034.
- We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the Information that you provide on our Online Services.This ensures a safe and secure experience.
- Anyone age 18 or older can fill their prescriptions from Optum Now prescription delivery, regardless of their insurance coverage. Today, Optum Home Delivery is a mail order pharmacy for OptumRx members.

If you have a prescription on file at another pharmacy you want us to fill, you can log in or create an account to submit a transfer request.
You can also ask your prescriber to send your prescription to us electronically using the information below. Be sure to have your prescriber include your phone number and email address so we can notify you when we receive your prescription.

- When your prescription is out of refills, your prescriber will need to send in a new prescription.
- Yes, all prescription medications on Optum Perks require a valid prescription from a doctor to be filled through Optum Now prescription delivery.
- For many prescription medications, we provide virtual visits through our Online Care service- no appointment needed. Please view the Online Care tab on Optum Perks for more details.
- You can check your prescription bottle or label to find your prescription number, expiration date, and number of refills. If you have filled your prescription with us, log into your account to find your prescription details, in your Prescription Manager.
- At this time, you cannot order prescriptions on behalf of a family member.

- Yes, after finding your medication, you will create an account, provide your prescription details, and we will transfer your prescription. We’ll provide you with updates along the way so you can feel confident about your order. These notifications will come from Optum Now prescription delivery and our trusted partners.
Orders
- The number of refills per order depends on what your health care professional prescribes.
- When you are out of refills, we will reach out to your prescriber to request a new prescription. To expedite the process, you can contact your provider too, asking them to send a new prescription to Optum Now Prescription Delivery. Or, you can check out our Online Care service to review your symptoms and work with our clinical team to determine if this medication still makes sense for managing your symptoms.
- Yes, you will need to ask your new preferred pharmacy to request the prescription from Optum Now Prescription Delivery, fax number 650-332-8355. Then, we will work with your new pharmacy to get it switched over to them
- We make refills easy with Optum Now prescription delivery. Follow the steps below to help us get you your refill.

- If available for refill, your prescription will be displayed
- Add your prescription to your cart and proceed through check out
- We will update you on the status of your order
- We ship all medications in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
- You can call or email our customer support team at 855-612-8034 or pharmacysupport@now.optum.com to change your auto-refill settings. You can also find this in your prescription manager, in your Optum Now prescription delivery account.
- Prescription denials happen sometimes. There are several reasons why a prescription can get denied, below are some of the common reasons:
- There could be a concern about drug interactions
- Your prior prescription didn’t have a refill or has expired
- Your health care professional might want to re-evaluate your options
- All medications are shipped from the United States.

Medication
- At this time, we do not fill controlled medications.
- Today, we support over 1,200 medications, but some medications aren’t yet available, such as specialty medications and controlled medications. Check back frequently to see if your medication has been added. If you believe your medication should be available, you can email our customer support team at pharmacysupport@now.optum.com.
- No. Optum Now prescription delivery does not offer pet medications at this time.
- Yes, our pharmacy fulfillment partner Healthdyne procures products from licensed wholesalers that service pharmacies all across the United States. Supply chain standards are consistent with pharmacy ordering and procurement.
Payment
- We do not accept insurance at this time. With Optum Now prescription delivery, coupons are not needed to get access to our low costs. What you see on our site is what you pay — no guesswork.
- Finding our prescription price is easy:
- Search for your medication on Optum Perks
- Select a day supply/quantity that matches your prescription label
- If the medication is available for delivery, Optum Now prescription delivery price will display in the price results
- Shipping is $5 for most orders (excludes refrigerated and expedited orders)
- For many customers, prescription purchases made on Optum Perks will not count towards their prescription drug coverage. Some customers may be able to work with their insurance provider to get these prescription purchases covered.
- All prescriptions available for delivery are sold at cash prices which means there’s no need for coupons or insurance.
- If you choose to have your prescription auto-refilled, you’ll receive notifications ahead of your next shipment and will be charged when your order is shipped.
- If you choose a standard refill, we'll reach out to confirm your shipping and payment details before sending your next fill. We will charge you for your order when your order is shipped.
- If you’d like to cancel your prescription purchase, please call or email our customer support team at 855-612-8034 or pharmacysupport@now.optum.com.
- We cannot accept returns for prescription medications. Please follow prescription safety guidelines on the disposal of your medication.
- At this time, we do not offer payment plans.

- You can access your Optum Now prescription delivery account by navigating to our Home Delivery page and clicking ‘Sign In’ at the top.
- HealthSafe ID® is the updated, secure way to sign in to your HealthSafe ID® accounts. It lets you choose a unique email address and a password to access your health information. This website uses HealthSafe ID® now, as do many other sites.
- You can use your HealthSafe ID log in to create an account with Optum Now prescription delivery by navigating to our Home Delivery page and clicking ‘Sign Up’ at the top. You may be asked additional questions after log in to complete your account set up.
- There are a couple ways you can reset your password with Optum Now prescription delivery: From our Home Delivery page:

- From there, select “Forgot Password”
- Follow the instructions to reset your password

- Click “Manage with HealthSafe ID” next to your password
