Lung Cancer Discharge Instructions

Cancer happens when normal cells in the body grow out of control. Lung cancer is the most common cancer for men and women. Cancer may be found only in the lungs or may move to other body parts. When lung cancer moves to other parts of the body it is call metastatic lung cancer. Lung cancer is treated in a number of ways. These may include surgery, radiation, or drugs called chemo.
