Dosage of Slynd

This article describes the recommended dosage for Slynd. The drugmaker provides these dosages.

Usual recommended dosage of Slynd in adults

Doctors prescribe a standard dosage of Slynd as a method of birth control in females.*

The dosage of Slynd is as follows:

  • Dose: One tablet by mouth
  • Frequency: once per day

You take a white (active) pill once daily for 24 days. You then take a green (inactive) pill once daily for 4 days to complete a 28-day cycle.

You should take Slynd at the same time every day. This helps keep a consistent amount of the drug in your body. And that can help the drug work more effectively.

Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about what to do if you miss or forget to take a dose of Slynd. You can also visit the Slynd website to learn more.
