  • Strengths: 100 milligrams per milliliter (mg/mL) in a prefilled syringe and 120 mg/mL in a prefilled syringe or pen

The usual recommended dosages of Emgality for episodic cluster headaches in adults are:

  • Loading dosage: 300 mg once (this is three injections from single-dose 100-mg syringes) at the start of a cluster period
  • Maintenance dosage: 300 mg once monthly until the end of the cluster period
