The average recommended maintenance dose of Invokamet for the treatment of type 2 diabetes is 50 mg-500 mg or 50 mg-1,000 mg taken twice daily, and a maximum dose of 150 mg-500 mg or 150 mg-1,000 mg taken twice daily.
