  For existing customers:

  We ship either standard 5 business days or 2 day expedited shipping.

• Does the Optum Store transfer my prescription for me?

  Yes, after finding your medication you'll fill in your prescription details and request a fill from the Optum Store. Behind the scenes we will work to get your prescription from your current pharmacy or doctor. We'll provide you with updates along the way so you can feel confident about your prescription order.

• How do I sign-up for Optum Store prescriptions?

  Filling your prescription medications at the Optum Store is free and easy.

  1. First, start by finding your medication.
  2. Second, fill in your prescription details and request a fill from the Optum Store.
  3. Third, sit back and relax as we get your prescriptions filled and shipped to your door.

  Have the following information nearby to get started:

  • A list of medications you take regularly

  Optum Perks provides prescription coupons that allow customers to save money on their prescriptions. The Optum Store sells and fills prescription medications at flat rates without the need of coupons or insurance.

• Can I use my insurance or a coupon from Optum Perks?

  As a low-cost generic cash pharmacy, our prices are some of the lowest around with or without insurance or coupons. As such, we don't take insurance or coupons and instead pass on the savings to you. What you see on our site is what you pay--no guesswork.
