Finasteride oral tablet is prescribed to adults for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and hair loss. It’s a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor drug that may cause mild or serious side effects, including low sex drive and abnormal breast growth.

Clonidine oral tablet is prescribed to treat high blood pressure in adults. It’s an alpha agonist drug that may cause mild or serious side effects, including dry mouth and drowsiness.

Clonazepam oral tablet is prescribed for certain seizure disorders and panic disorder. It’s a benzodiazepine drug that may cause mild or serious side effects, including low blood pressure and changes in weight.

Celecoxib oral capsule is prescribed to treat pain and inflammation related to certain conditions. It’s a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that may cause mild or serious side effects. Carvedilol oral tablet is prescribed to treat high blood pressure and certain heart conditions in adults. It’s a beta-blocker drug that may cause mild or serious side effects. These include weight gain and dizziness.

Budesonide inhalation suspension is prescribed to treat and help prevent asthma symptoms in some children. It’s an inhaled corticosteroid drug that’s given using a nebulizer. It may cause mild or serious side effects, including respiratory infection and cough.

Pioglitazone (pye oh GLI ta zone) is a generic medication prescribed for treating high blood sugar caused by type 2 diabetes in adults. Pioglitazone belongs to a group of drugs called thiazolidinediones.

Allopurinol oral tablet is prescribed for treating gout and certain other conditions. Allopurinol is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor drug that may cause mild or serious side effects. Some examples include muscle pain, liver damage, diarrhea, and skin rash.

Fluconazole oral tablet is prescribed for treating certain fungal infections in adults and some children. It’s an antifungal drug that may cause mild or serious side effects, including diarrhea and headache.

Albuterol metered aerosol is prescribed for preventing and treating bronchospasm (sudden airway tightening that makes it hard to breathe). It’s a bronchodilator drug that may cause mild or serious side effects, including headache, fast heart rate, and dizziness.

Eliquis is prescribed to treat and help prevent blood clots. It’s an anticoagulant drug that may cause mild or serious side effects. These include bleeding and the risk of spinal blood clots from certain spinal procedures.

Ambien is prescribed for short-term treatment of insomnia in adults. The drug may cause mild or serious side effects. These include behavioral changes, such as hallucinations and sleepwalking.
